Question by C M: I have a Hoover DustMaster vacuum. Is it value acquiring the “Cyclonic filter” for the dust container?
It is an upright vacuum, and I am heading to replace the other filters. This is an add-on filter, and I’m hoping somebody else has attempted it. I’m quite allergic to dust! Thank you.

What do you assume? Answer under!

  1. If I am thinking of the same cleaner, then it has two filters. One in the dust and debris cavity and one outside which should be a hepta filter. You can remove the cylinder filter and wash it but at some point, you need to replace it.

Look on the back of your unit and there will be a model number and possibly an 800 number or you can go to http://www.hoover.com and you will be able to get the info on where to buy a replacement. They cost about $ 30 – $ 35 depending on where you live.
